제목 : Low Frequency Noise Reduction Technique for Linear Analog CMOS IC’s – from device physics effect to analog circuit implementation
초록 : This talk presents development of a novel principle for 1/f noise reduction circuit architecture in linear analog CMOS IC’s.
The principle brings 5-10 dB 1/f noise reduction at 10 Hz when the principle was experimentally demonstrated for a two-stage CMOS Miller operational amplifier in a standard 0.12 um, 1.5 V digital CMOS technology.
The talk addresses the mathematical modeling, physical implementation and experimental demonstration of the principle in the fulfillment of this aim.
