2021-1학기 신(편)입생 학생증 발급 안내드립니다.

1. 학생증(ID 카드)

우리은행과 제휴하여 만든 학생증은 신분증, 도서대출, 교내시설 출입, 은행체크카드, 교통카드(충전식 CashBee) 및 전자출결용도 등의 연세인을 위한 다목적 카드입니다.

2. 발급대상

가. 2021학년도 1학기 등록을 마친 내국인 신(편)입생

나. 2021학년도 1학기 등록을 마친 재외국민/외국인 신입생-> 2차 신청

3. 신입생 학번 조회

가. 학부생 

1) 기간 : 2021. 2. 19.(금) 10:00 ~

2) 방법 : 연세포탈서비스 → 학부수강신청 → 아이디(학번) 찾기

나. 대학원생 : 해당 대학원 홈페이지 혹은 해당 대학원 입학 담당자에게 문의

4. 1차 신청

가. 대상 : 개인정보 제공(등록금고지서 출력창) 동의한 내국인 신입생(본등록 ~ 3차 등록생)

나. 기간 : 2021. 2. 22.(월) 10:00 ~ 2. 24.(수) 23:59

다. 방법 (2단계까지 마쳐야 신청 완료)

- 1단계 : 연세포탈서비스 → 로그인(ID : 학번, 초기 PW : 주민번호 앞자리 6개) →

학사정보시스템 → 학생증 발급 → 학생증신청(개인정보제공 동의)

- 2단계 : 휴대폰에 우리은행 전용앱 설치(매뉴얼 참조) → 대학교ID카드 신청

(매뉴얼은 2월초 학교 홈페이지 공지사항 참조)

※ 2단계 진행시 유의 사항 ※

① 본인이 국내에 있을 때에 한하여 휴대폰으로만 신청 가능(해외 체류시 2차 신청요)

② 타인 명의의 휴대폰 또는 변경된 전화번호로도 신청 가능

③ 사진(JPG형식 200KB이하) 파일을 휴대폰에 미리 저장함 – 메신저 등에서 자신에게 사진을 일반화질로 전송했다가 내려 받는 크기

④ 비대면실명확인증은 본인의 주민등록증/운전면허증만 가능

5. 2차 신청

가. 대상 : 1)재외국민/외국인 신입생

2)4차 이후 등록자/1차 미신청자

나. 기간 : 2021. 2. 25.(목) 10:00 ~

다. 방법 : 연세포탈서비스 → 로그인(ID : 학번, 초기 PW : 주민번호 앞자리 6개) → 학사정보 시스템 → 학생증 발급 → 학생증신청(개인정보제공 동의)

6. 교부일정 : 학교 홈페이지 공지사항 참조(2월초)

※ 2차 신청기간 발급 ID 카드에 금융기능 연계를 원하면, 은행창구에서 가능

7. 분실(훼손) 신고/(재)발급/발급 기간

ID 카드 분실(훼손)하면 즉시 학교와 은행 양측에 반드시 신고하여 피해를 줄이시기 바랍니다.

가. 방법

연세포탈서비스 → 학사정보시스템 → 학생증발급 → 분실(훼손)신고 → 학생증신청

나. 우리은행 고객상담실(1588-9955) : 금융기능(인출, 지불 등) 정지

※ Cash 충전한 학생증을 분실하면 해당 잔액은 반환 받을 수 없습니다.

다. 발급일: 신청일로부터 1주일

8. 모바일 학생증(연세 Y-MID)

가. 대상 : 본인 명의로 SKT, KT, U+ 모바일에 가입하고 3월에 (플라스틱) 학생증 카드를 교부받아 모바일 학생증 개인정보 수집·이용에 동의한 신입생

나. 방법 : Play 스토어에서 연세대학교 모바일 학생증/신분증 앱 설치(매뉴얼은 2월초 학교 홈페이지 공지사항 참조)

① 학생증 카드 혹은 모바일 학생증 중 하나를 활성화하여 사용할 수 있습니다.

② 비활성화된 카드는 사용 불가합니다.

다. 모바일 학생증 앱 설치 오류시 해결 방법 : 모바일 ID Card 메뉴 → 공지 사항 ‘모바일 ID 앱의 오류코드 및 해결방법’ 혹은 연세포탈서비스 → 학사관리시스템 → 학생증발급 → 공지사항

1. The student ID card is a multi-purpose identification card for Yonsei University students. It is issued in collaboration with Woori Bank. It gives you access to university facilities such as libraries, sports facilities, computer rooms, etc. It also allows you to show electronically your attendance for classes. It can be used as a check card to pay at stationery stores, bookstores, and restaurants after opening a bank account at a campus Woori bank. Discounted price may be available at some stores on and off the campus if you show the card when purchasing. It can be also utilized as prepaid public transportation card in Korea after the cash charge in the campus ATMs. Please be aware that you can not get a refund for the amount left charged to your electronic currency if your ID card is lost or stolen.

2. Eligibility: Newly enrolled Foreign/Overseas Korean students for 2021 Spring Semester who consent to a personal information collection, utilization, and processing entrustment to a trustee

4. How to find your student number

For Undergraduate students, please visit Yonsei Portal Service (YPS) Website starting from February 19 (Fri), 2021 at 10 am at https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr/main/indexe.jsp

Click on Undergraduate Course Enrollment menu -> Type in examinee’s number and D.O.B. in YYMMDD order to search for the student ID No.

For Graduate students, please visit the concerned Graduate School website or consult with the relevant admissions officer at your Graduate School

5. How to Apply

Visit Yonsei Portal Service (https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr/main/indexe.jsp) → Log in with your student ID number and PW (initial PW : D.O.B. in YYMMDD order) → Academic Information System → Issue Student ID → Apply for an ID card → Agree with personal info. collection, utilization, and processing entrustment to a trustee → Check applicant’s information → 신청(Apply)

※ A photo file should be a JPG format with no more than 200KB.

6. ID Pick-Up Period and Location (TBA)

※ Please visit the Bank with your passport or alien registration card to receive the ID card.

7. Student ID Card with Check Card Function

If you want to use your Yonsei student ID card for cash deposit/withdrawal in ATMs, please take your alien registration card and a certificate of attendance to open a bank account to Woori bank on the campus. Please be advised that a certificate of attendance is available free of charge on the Online Transcripts & Certificates menu at Yonsei Portal Service or at the University Service Center with payment from March 1. Foreign registration card may take a maximum of one month to receive from Korea Immigration Service. If you are under processing to issue an alien registration, you must wait for receiving the card.

8. Student ID Card Reissuance

Visit Yonsei Portal Service (https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr/main/indexe.jsp) -> Log in with your student ID number and PW -> Academic Information System -> Issue Student ID-> Press Lost/Damaged/Expired Card Mgmt. button -> Lost/Damaged/Expired Card -> Registration -> Register -> ID Card Mgmt. -> Apply for an ID card -> Follow the application steps as above. It takes usually one week to obtain the card at the campus bank without charge.

- How to Report a Lost/damaged ID Card : Register at Yonsei Portal Service to prevent the lost/damaged ID card from being used again. Call the Woori bank customer service center immediately at 1588-9955 to stop its use if it is connected with your Woori Bank Account.

9. Cancellation of Lost/Damaged/Expired ID Card Report

Yonsei Portal Service -> Log in -> Academic Information System -> Issue Student ID ->Present Condition and Cancellation of the Lost/Damaged/Expired Card -> Report Cancellation.
