Spring 2024 Visa Agency Service for Foreign Students
Yonsei OIA will be operating Spring 2024 HireVisa Visa Agency Service (online group application for Korean Alien Registration Card (ARC) and Extension of Period of Stay) to assist foreign students.
1. Undergraduate/graduate degree program students, exchange students, and visiting students are eligible to apply.
2. Application Period & Fee

- Additional charges may occur due to exchange rates and fees
- You MUST be in Korea in order to apply
- F-4 visa holders must apply on their own3. Alien Registration
- Process: Apply online (https://www.hirevisa.com/yonsei) > Fingerprint Registration > ARC Distribution at the end of April (expected). *Processing time could be delayed depending on the schedule of the immigration office.
- Expected dates & location of fingerprint registration and ARC distribution: further notice will be sent via email once decided.
- It is mandatory for all foreign students to apply for the Alien Registration Card within 90 days from their arrival date.
- If you leave Korea before receiving your ARC, your D-2 will be cancelled.
4. Extension of Period of Stay: takes about 6 weeks to complete

- All application process will be notified by e-mail. Please be sure to provide a valid email address and double check when applying (please input an e-mail account other than QQ since it does not work often in our system).
- For any inquiries related to visa, please contact HireVisa through the Q&A link (https://hirevisa.channel.io/) (consultation available in Korean, Chinese, English, and Japanese).
- Students must apply individually by visiting the Immigration Office if he/she does not apply through the group application service (reservation required at HiKorea at https://www.hikorea.go.kr/Main.pt)

3. 외국인등록
- 절차: 신청(https://www.hirevisa.com/yonsei) > 지문 등록 > 외국인등록증(ARC) 배부 (4월말 예정, 출입국사무소 처리 일정에 따라 지연될 수 있음)
- 지문 등록 및 외국인등록증(ARC) 배부 일정: 일정 확정 시 이메일 안내 예정
- 모든 외국인 유학생은 D-2 (유학) 사증으로 입국 후 90일 이내에 반드시 외국인등록을 신청해야 함
- 외국인등록증(ARC) 수령 전 대한민국 출국 시 기존 D-2 (유학) 사증의 효력은 상실됨
4. 체류기간 연장: 신청 마감일로부터 6주 내외 소요

- 진행 절차는 이메일로 안내되므로, 신청 시 정확한 이메일 주소를 기재해 주시기 바랍니다(QQ 계정은 메일 수신에 문제가 빈번히 발생하므로, 다른 계정을 사용할 것).
- 모든 문의는 상단의 링크(https://hirevisa.channel.io/)를 통해 진행하여 주시기 바랍니다(한국어, 중국어, 영어, 일본어 상담 가능).
- 단체 접수를 신청하지 않는 학생의 경우 하이코리아 예약 등을 통해 출입국사무소에 개별 신청해주시기 바랍니다(https://www.hikorea.go.kr/Main.pt).

国际处为了支援本校留学生的出入境业务而实行2024-1学期出入境信访代理服务(在线团体受理外国人登录及延长滞留期限)。
1. 对象: 本科生·研究生 学位课程学生，交换生，访问学生
2. 申请期间及手续费

- 可能会根据汇率及手续费产生额外费用。
- 仅限进入韩国者可申请
- 滞留资格F-4（在外同胞）持有者: 不可申请3. 外国人登录
- 程序: 申请(https://www.hirevisa.com/yonsei) > 指纹登录 > 领取外国人登陆证(虽然预定在四月底进行，但可能会根据出入境事务处理的时间而延迟)
- 指纹登录及外国人登录证发放日期 :确定后将邮件通知
- 所有外国留学生必须凭D-2（留学）签证在入境后90天内申请外国人登录
- 领取外国人登录证前离开韩国时 现有的D-2（留学）签证会失效
4. 延长滞留期限:自申请截止日起需6周左右的时间
5. 注意事项
- 进行程序将通过电子邮件通知,申请时请填写正确的电子邮件地址(QQ账户经常发生邮件接收问题,请使用其他账户)。
- 所有咨询请通过链接(https://hirevisa.channel.io/) 进行(韩语、中文、英语、日语咨询)。
- 不申请团体报名的学生，请通过Hi-Korea预约等方式向出入境事务所个别申请。(https://www.hikorea.go.kr/Main.pt).
