Stage 1) Preliminary Review:
The applicant's suitability for the recruiting position will be evaluated
Stage 2) Comprehensive Review:
The applicant's academic excellence, teaching/research capabilities, publication records will be comprehensively evaluated during this process.
Stage 3) Interview:
Short-listed applicants will be invited for presentation and interview. Presentation skills, academic potentials and overall qualifications will be evaluated (depending on the decision of the recruiting committee, the interview can be arranged via teleconference).
