■ 대학원 교과목 수강신청 방법(Graduate Course Enrollment Information)

* 대학원 교과목을 수강 신청하고자 하는 학생은 과목 담당교수의 확인을 받아서 수강신청서를 수강변경기간마감전까지 yshaksa@yonsei.ac.kr으로 제출하시고 02-2123-2090으로 연락하여 주시기 바랍니다.

        ※ 개강 전 제출시 개강일 전에 반영되며, 개강 후 제출 시 LearnUs 접속은 익일부터 가능합니다.

* 교과목의 학정번호, 분반번호를 정확하게 기입하여 주십시오.

* 방학기간 중에 개설하는 수업, 집중강의, 현장실습과목 등은 수강할 수 없습니다.

* 재수강일 경우, 대학원 교과목 수강신청서 제출 시 별도의 재수강신청서를 함께 제출하여 주십시오.

* Students who wish to enroll in graduate courses are required to obtain signatures of approval from instructing professors. The signed documents should be submitted to the Academic Support Team at the Office of Academic Affairs (Underwood Hall B101 / yshaksa@yonsei.ac.kr).
※ If submitted before the semester, the course will be enrolled before the semester starts. If submitted after the semester, the course will be accessible through LearnUs the day after submission.

* Be sure to fill in the correct course code and section number.

* Students cannot take summer/winter session courses.

* If repeating a course, please submit application for course repeat to the Office of Academic Affairs.

■ 유의사항(Notice)

   1) 3,4학년 학생은 학기당 이수학점 제한 범위 내에서, 학기당 6학점(2과목), 총 12학점(4과목) 이내에서 본 대학원 개설과목을 수강할 수 있음

   2) 대학원 교과목을 수강하여 취득한 학점은 본인의 선택에 따라 학부(일반선택 학점) 또는 대학원의 취득학점으로 인정함(중복인정 안됨)
      ※ 단, 학부-대학원(석사 및 석‧박사)연계과정 학생은 대학원 학점으로만 인정됨

   3) 대학원과목의 성적 처리 

    ① 2021학년도 이전 학번: 학부생이 대학원 과목을 수강할 경우 성적은 Letter Grade로 평가되나, 평량평균 환산에는 포함되지 않음
      ※ 단, 학부 이수학점으로 인정받는 경우 학기별 (최)우등상·우수상 및 (최)우등졸업 선발시에는 평량평균에 포함

    ② 2022학년도 이후 학번: 대학원 이수학점으로 인정받은 경우 2021학년도 이전 입학자와 동일하나, 학부 이수학점으로 인정받은 경우 대학원과목의 성적은 평량평균 환산에 포함함

1) Junior and Senior undergraduate students are eligible to enroll in graduate school courses for up to 6 credits (2 courses) per semester within the per-semester course limit, and up to 12 credits (4 courses) in total.

2) Graduate courses can be counted either toward undergraduate graduation requirements or be reserved for graduate degree requirements, depending on the student's preference, but cannot be counted towards both degrees.

  * For students in the Integrated Undergraduate-Graduate Program, graduate courses count only towards the masters degree.

3) GPA

  ① Student admitted in AY 2021 and before: Graduate courses will be evaluated using the letter grade scale (A+ A0 A-, B+ B0 B-, C+ C0 C-, D+ D0 D-, F), but will not be computed into the undergraduate student's GPA.
※ In case of getting credits acknowledged as undergraduate graduation requirements, grades are reflected in selecting Highest / High / Honor roll and Highest / High Honors Award.

  ② Student admitted in AY 2022 and after:

     - In case of getting credits acknowledged as graduate graduation requirements, graduate courses will be evaluated using the letter grade scale, but will not be computed into the undergraduate student's GPA.

     - In case of getting credits acknowledged as undergraduate graduation requirements, the letter grades will be computed into the undergraduate student's GPA

  * Students who plan to enroll in graduate courses should submit the enrollment application below to the Academic Support Team, the Office of Academic Affairs before the course add/drop period.

  * Students must indicate if they are in the Integrated Undergraduate-Graduate Program by checking the proper box in the application form.
