We have presented visions for establishing Human Linguistics based on Information for the era of the fourth Industrial Revolution, utilizing the resources that we have been accumulating and managing for the last decade, including corpus data, linguistic archives, and big data. We have three specific goals: building and applying linguistic information, investigating language acquisition and education, and conducting translation and contrastive analysis of the languages.
