Prof. Ki Jun Yu, Dosik Hwang, Hong-Goo Kang’s collaborative research team developed a silent speech recognition system with hundreds of times higher scalability than conventional system by combining single-crystalline silicon-based strain sensors with a deep-learning based strain-to-word conversion algorithm. This work has been published in Nature Communications (IF = 17.692, JCR rank = 3.33%).
